“Enhancing Tolerance and Integration through NFE” is an Erasmus+ adult education mobility project aimed at strengthening intercultural understanding and supporting the inclusion of migrant communities through innovative non-formal education methods. The project focuses on developing staff competences in intercultural communication, community engagement, and inclusive educational practices, particularly in relation to migrants from North Africa and the Caribbean. Through international mobility activities, training, and job shadowing experiences, the project seeks to foster tolerance, social cohesion, and more inclusive learning environments.

Abstract
The project “Enhancing Tolerance and Integration through NFE” aims to strengthen the intercultural competences of NGO NEST Berlin staff through Erasmus+ mobility activities. By participating in job shadowing in Aruba and training courses in Italy, participants will acquire innovative non-formal education methods to support the integration of migrants and refugees, especially communities from North Africa and the Caribbean. The project focuses on fostering tolerance, social inclusion, and culturally sensitive educational approaches while addressing challenges related to migration, discrimination, and social cohesion in Berlin.
