AI INTEGRATED CAREER GUIDANCE (CGVG) is a Youth project designed to improve the career prospects, employability, and social inclusion of disadvantaged young people through AI-integrated career guidance and mentoring. The project will develop AI-supported guidance tools, a training curriculum for youth workers and mentors, a multilingual web platform and mobile app, while strengthening digital skills and promoting inclusive and innovative youth work across the partner countries.

Project Topics & Objectives

The AI Integrated Career Guidance (CGVG) project aims to improve the employability, career readiness, and social inclusion of disadvantaged young people, particularly those aged 20–25, by combining artificial intelligence with personalised, human-led career mentoring. The project strengthens the capacity of youth workers and educators to use innovative digital tools while helping vulnerable young people identify their skills, explore career opportunities, and make informed decisions about employment, education, training, and entrepreneurship.

The project aims to:

• Improve the quality and innovation of youth work through AI-supported career guidance and modern mentoring methodologies.
• Strengthen youth employability and career readiness by providing personalised career pathways, skills assessment, and guidance towards employment, internships, and vocational training.
• Promote social inclusion of NEETs, migrants, refugees, low-skilled young people, young people with disabilities, and those facing economic or social barriers.
• Develop digital and AI competences among youth workers, mentors, educators, and young people.
• Encourage initiative and entrepreneurship by helping young people develop entrepreneurial skills and participate in community or youth-led initiatives.
• Increase access to personalised career guidance through an AI-supported diagnostic tool, multilingual web platform, mobile application, mentoring resources, and training materials.
