Overview

Are you interested in mental well-being, mindfulness, dance and personal development? Join Dance Your Mind 2.0, an international Erasmus+ Youth Exchange bringing together young people from Poland, Italy, Germany, France and Czechia in Murzasichle, Poland, from 16 to 26 October 2026, including travel days.

The project explores mental health and well-being through dance, mindfulness, creativity, intercultural exchange and emotional expression. Participants will take part in daily dance workshops and reflection sessions designed to support confidence, stress management and emotional expression.

A central element of the exchange is Hustle dance, a dynamic partner dance based on connection, teamwork and improvisation. For this exchange, we are looking for participants who already have some dance experience, ideally the basics of Hustle. Experience in other dance styles, especially partner dances, is also very welcome.

Methodology

Dance Your Mind 2.0 is based on non-formal education, learning by doing and active participation.

Participants will use movement and reflection as tools for personal development. They will work in mixed-nationality groups, take part in dance and mindfulness activities, and gradually take responsibility for parts of the learning process, including leading warm-ups, facilitating small groups and sharing reflections.

The programme also promotes inclusion and intercultural understanding, with particular attention to young people with fewer opportunities. Together, participants will create an open toolkit of Hustle-based activities that can later be shared in schools, NGOs, youth organisations and local communities.

Target Group

We are looking for young people who:

  • are interested in self-development, mental well-being and dance;
  • have at least some dance experience, ideally the basics of Hustle dance (experience in other dance styles, especially partner dances, is also very welcome);
  • are willing to share their own dance styles, experiences and ideas;
  • have at least a basic level of English for communicating in an international environment;
  • are motivated to take part actively in the preparation, implementation and follow-up phases of the project.

Priority will be given to motivated participants who are ready to take an active role and contribute to an inclusive, supportive international learning environment.

  • Explore mindfulness and techniques supporting mental well-being
  • Practise emotional expression and stress management
