Back to Nature

“Back to Nature” is an Erasmus+ youth exchange project focused on promoting mental well-being, sustainability, and environmental awareness through nature-based learning experiences. Bringing together young participants from several European countries, the project encourages intercultural dialogue, outdoor education, and active citizenship. Through workshops, creative activities, and sustainability challenges, participants will develop leadership skills, strengthen their connection with nature, and become advocates for mental health and eco-conscious living within their communities.

Abstrakt

“Back to Nature” is an Erasmus+ youth exchange project focused on strengthening the connection between nature, mental well-being, and sustainability. The project brings together young people from different countries to participate in workshops, outdoor activities, environmental challenges, and intercultural exchanges. Through non-formal education methods, participants will develop eco-friendly habits, emotional resilience, leadership competences, and advocacy skills while promoting sustainability and nature-based mental health practices in their local communities.
