Opportunities for a More Inclusive Europe
Muoversi Assieme NGO (MANGO) is implementing the EURO-OPP Project, designed to equip foreign nationals with essential resources for workforce integration while fostering skill development and professional growth. Through the development of targeted learning programs and international mobility activities, the Project aims to create a more inclusive and equitable society, where every individual from diverse backgrounds can aspire to improve their living conditions.
On April 16-17, partners gathered at Fundación Sieneva (Granada, Spain) to launch the EURO-OPP project. Together we defined:

MAIN PROJECT RESULTS
R1 GUIDE to Social Integration in the Community
Its main objective is to provide adults of foreign origin living in Spain, Italy and Lithuania with a practical and accessible resource to facilitate their integration process in the local society and community. The guide addresses in a structured way the fundamental aspects for effective integration: from knowledge of legal rights and obligations, to access to education, health, housing or employment. It also includes relevant cultural information, resources for learning the local language, entrepreneurial opportunities and a description of the support networks available in each country. The EURO-OPP toolkit offers a comprehensive and practical collection of resources to support the labor and social inclusion of migrants in Europe. It brings together clear and accessible information on labor rights, mobility programs, Europass tools, job platforms, and interview preparation, with specific sections for Spain, Italy, and Lithuania.
The toolkit serves as training and reference material for adult learners, educators, and organizations working with migrants. It promotes the use of official EU tools, fosters digital and professional skills, and supports the creation of more inclusive and informed career paths across Europe. European Programmes
These modules introduce participants to the wide range of European training and mobility opportunities available across sectors such as education, employment, green skills, digital technologies, social inclusion and entrepreneurship. It highlights the importance of EU programmes in fostering inclusion, mobility and employability, while offering practical insights into how these initiatives can support migrants and be applied in professional practice. Through reflection and exploration, participants deepen their understanding of key EU programmes and develop the analytical, intercultural and critical thinking skills needed to guide learners toward relevant opportunities.
